I am a clinician dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I built strong counseling skills and furthered my passion for helping others. I specialize in working with caregiver burnout, grief, and adolescents, as well as adults navigating anxiety and depression. I utilize techniques that support clients in expressing emotions, processing experiences, and engaging in healing in creative and meaningful ways.
