Tiffany Royall, LPC
Change and stressful life events can be overwhelming and scary and we often feel alone. I believe we all need help and support sometimes, and I would be honored to join you on your journey. I enjoy helping people identify their strengths and supportively guide them forward, making a plan to grow from life’s difficulties. Making a connection to the right supports can make all the difference when we face life’s challenges and I’m here to help.
My areas of expertise are substance use and addiction for the individual and family, codependence, building self-esteem, developing motivation for change, effective communication skills, addressing symptoms of depression and anxiety, navigating grief and loss, and identifying how past trauma and maladaptive schemas impact our present functioning. I utilize an eclectic approach to include techniques related to Motivational Interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
Developing therapeutic rapport and a successful patient/therapist relationship is the most important aspect of the therapeutic process. I offer a relaxed, comfortable approach that can be adapted to what works best for you and your needs. We can work together to figure that out.
